Submit a completed loan application, borrower authorization, loan purpose letter, and property appraisal or estimate of value. Most of this can be completed online.

Our team reviews the collateral, borrower strength, and loan purpose. We focus on three things: ability to repay, equity in the property, and loan purpose. Underwriting can be completed in as little as 3 days.

Once approved, loan documents are prepared and title insurance is ordered. We handle escrow coordination and document recording.

Funds are wired to escrow and the loan closes. Most straightforward loans close within 7 days of application.
